Our Philosophy: Our aim is to provide a caring homely atmosphere which respects the individuality, dignity and right to privacy of each person in our care. We encourage our residents to live a fulfilled life, achieving the highest potential that their condition permits -physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
In all matters, our staff aim to provide residents with good quality care and services that respect them as individuals with their own rights and responsibilities. All our residents are supported and encouraged to achieve and maintain the highest level of independence possible and exercise choice in the way they live their lives. Our principles of care are based upon respect for all human life, the dignity and worth of every individual and a true sense of care.
As our home is also part of the wider community, we actively encourage relatives and visitors to enter into the life of the home and our residents. .

The MPCH group was rated with three stars by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) which is responsable for the registration and inspection of social care services in England.

They award an excellent (3 star ***) quality rating to particularly good services, well managed, and with a sustained track record of delivering good performance and managing improvement.

A service is excellent if:

No outcome group is scored as being poor
All outcomes relating to safety and management are good or better and at least one of them is excellent
At least half of the outcome groups must be judged as either good or excellent
